Kyler's second Birthday

Yesterday was Kylers birthday. We did cake and ice cream and had presents. Aiden was sick so it wasn't really a good day for us. Kyler really enjoyed his cake and his truck that he got. He got a bedtime story book, a pair of clothes and a chuck the talking truck. He loves the truck. It talks and moves. Of course Aiden doesn't like to share so he thinks it's his. Other then that we are doing pretty good. I am going to try and post everyday. I also have another blog that is called Letters to Richard. It is a blog especially for Richard. I will post every day about things we have done and there will be pictures everyday. At least i will try. I hope everyone is doing well and we hope to hear from you soon.

Our new home

Hey everyone. To those of you who don't know, my kids and I have moved to Maricopa, AZ. We are enjoying it and love the weather. Today is sunny with a little bit of wind and rain. We love it and the kids got to play in the rain. It was wondeful. We are having a blast down here and yes there are some days that i wish i was at home with my mom but then i start doing other things and it takes my mind off of it. Also for those of you who don't know Richard will be deploying overseas at the end of the year. I will be going to see him in November and will post pictures when i can. We miss you all and hope everything back home is going well. We will post as often as we can. LOve you and miss you all.

Update!

As you can tell it has been a while since we have posted anything. A lot has happened since we last posted. In November we went to Hawaii without our boys with Richard's parents and brothers and sisters. We left the boys with Lauren's parents and went to Hawaii for a week during Thanksgiving. We enjoyed our self and had a lot of needed time alone. But we did miss the boys. We went to two Islands. We were on Honolulu first and then Maui second. We went parasailing, we went snorkeling, we went shopping, we went to the beach ALOT, we went to the pineapple plantation, we went and saw the bullet, we went and saw the USS Arizona, and we also rested most of all. While we were in Hawaii the boys stayed with Grammy and Papa and drove to California to see Lauren's grandfather for a week. They went to the Jelly Belly factory down there. Aiden loved that. That was his favorite part. He also got to meet Lauren's aunts new husband Greg. He enjoyed visiting California. But when we got home he told me that we left him and went to "IWI" without him and not to do it again.
In January we decided to move in with Lauren's parents to save some money. Our lease ended in February and we moved by the end of January. We have been in Clearfield Utah for almost three months. Lauren has been looking for a job in a dental office. She has put in an application and is waiting for a call back from the dental office that she applied at. So we will see.
We went to Maricopa Arizona in March for Richard's spring break and went to visit friends but also to check out a school Richard is interested in. We have deceided that we are going to move there when we have the money and even when Richard gets deployed we are going to send Lauren and the boys out there to live with Liz and Andrew. We are waiting to hear from someone from the National Guard to see if Richard is being deployed or not.
Well that is it for now but we will start writing more and more. Love to all.

Kyler's first major fit. He woke up one night in the middle of the night and decided that he wanted to throw a major hissy fit and it lasted for 3 minutes. He didn't want to be held and he wasn't hungry and I just laid him on the floor of his bedroom and he laid there and rolled around for the full three minutes and when he was done throwing his fit I picked him up and put him in his crib and he went right to sleep. It was the funniest thing and I hope that we never have to experience that again. Yeah right there will be more to come. He is only one by the way.

Family Update

It's been a while since Richard or I have posted on here so we thought we would update everyone on what has been going on with our family. Since the last time we posted on here (which was in August), things have changed a whole lot. Richard has started school at Utah State University and Lauren has graduated from Apex Dental Assisting School. Kyler turned 1 on October 6th and has started walking. We are excited for him. Aiden turns 3 on November 7th and gets to go to primary as a sunbeam starting in January. We are currently looking for a house for when our lease ends in February and Richard is looking for a new job. We will keep you updated on our family from here on out. Enjoy our pictures.

Family reunion

This was Kyler's first camping trip and the only one of the summer. Aiden loved riding in the boat and splashed everyone when we were in the water. Kyler liked the boat for a little bit but then he cried because he hated the lifejacket he was wearing. Aiden went on a boat ride several times. Kyler only went once and on the first ride he fell asleep. I have more pictures and will put them up soon.

Fun on the Playground

We took the boys to the play ground at North Pointe apartments when they had a party and we had pizza and Aiden played with all of the other kids and we had games and prizes. It was fun and the boys enjoyed the park.
